Overview
NCRA’s Case Scenarios are self guided interactive case scenarios in which participants are presented with a mock medical record which includes demographical information and evaluation and treatment options.
The online Case Scenarios provide an excellent opportunity to obtain Continuing Education credit. Prepared by NCRA's Education and Educational Materials Committees, the Case Scenarios topics include: Breast; Colon; Corpus Uteri; Head & Neck; Lymphoma; Lung; Melanoma; Ovary; Prostate; and Thyroid. Pricing: $40 member / $50 nonmember
Target Audience
Certified Tumor Registrars (CTRs) are allowed to earn CE credit hours from NCRA. Case Scenarios may apply to other credentials.
How to Obtain CE's
1. Purchase a Case Scenario to gain access. One CE hour will be awarded for each case in which 70% of the questions are correctly answered.
2. Review the case summaries and answer the corresponding multiple-choice questions.
3. After submitting your answers, results will be immediately available.
4. A personalized CE certificate will be available for printing or to be saved within your online account.
Note: A limit of five (5) completed CE hours will be awarded to a CTR during your two-year Continuing Education cycle. Answers to the questions will not be published or released at any time.
